Jim is deeply involved in new agent acquisition, training and development. He teaches and leads workshops on real estate practice for both agents and the public. Topics include property marketing, personal marketing, contracts, negotiations and ethics. Jim curates a regular real estate blog, Short Takes, for his clients and real estate professionals.
Prior to real estate, Jim spent fifteen years in the California wine industry as a wine broker and later as the marketing director of a family owned Napa Valley winery.
